Aside from the obvious satisfaction we have expressed with respect to food presentation and quality, your professionalism and delightful personality really shone through. From the minute you arrived, you knew what had to be done and how to execute that plan with minimal input from Andy and I. You took over our kitchen like it was your own and as if you had been cooking in it for years. We were also really pleased with your great organization skills and your attention to detail…even with all of the craziness going on in and around our kitchen and such a large numbers of guests moving about in a small space. Your experience and talent with respect to timing the food preparation such that odors and fan noises are out of the way before guests arrived was wonderful. I was also pleased with the order you kept in the kitchen throughout the evening. It really went off without hitch and we are still wondering how you pulled that meal off all by yourself for 18 people! It was also impressive to see you dishing out all that food so that everyone was served simultaneously… just another indication that you know exactly what you are doing! You are seriously a machine…with a great personality at that! We can’t thank you enough.”

Next we had the main course which consisted of sutffed pork loin roast with gravy, potatoes and yams au gratin and french stlye green beans with toasted slivered almonds.The food was plated up and presented in a way that we felt we were in a fine dining restaurant but without the cost.Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious but also full of nutrition because it was prepared fresh that day.I would highly recommend Mandy to anyone who loves good,nutrutious food but doesn’t have the time or inclination to prepare the meals for themselves.”
